Annual Financial and Operational Report of ME "Volynpryrodresurs" (VPR) for 2021

In 2021, the Municipal Enterprise "Volynpryrodresurs" of the Volyn Regional Council continued its operations, focusing on the efficient and environmentally responsible development of Volyn’s natural resources. Despite challenges, the enterprise maintained stable extraction volumes by implementing modern technologies and improving land reclamation processes.

In addition to amber, peat extraction remained a key focus of the enterprise’s activities, serving as a strategic resource for energy and agriculture. Through capacity expansion and optimization of production processes, ME "Volynpryrodresurs" achieved stable financial results, enabling it to meet its financial obligations and allocate significant funds to budgets at various levels.

Amber Extraction and Revenue from Sales

Under the joint activity agreement with LLC "Nadrovidobuvannya," the Municipal Enterprise "Volynpryrodresurs" extracted 6,854.697 kg of amber of various fractions and quality groups in 2021, selling 6,432.619 kg for a total of 97.065 million UAH.

Amber sales are conducted based on prices approved by the classifier of the State Gemological Center of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. According to gemologists' assessments, Volyn amber is of high quality.

Dividends Paid to the Volyn Regional Council

For 2021, based on quarterly financial and economic performance, 1,467,391 UAH was paid to the general fund of the Volyn Regional Budget from a 15% share of net profit.
