Memorandum of Cooperation: Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University
ME “Volynpryrodresurs” (VPR) will cooperate with Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University – the corresponding memorandum of cooperation was signed on March 16, 2020.
The meeting was attended by Rector of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University Anatolii Tsos, Vice-Rector for Educational Work and Communications Nataliia Blahovirna, Director of Volynpryrodresurs Anatolii Kapustiuk, Dean of the Faculty of Geography Yurii Barskyi, and lecturers of the Department of Geodesy, Land Management, and Cadastre.
“It is a great honor for us to cooperate with such an enterprise. It is very important that our students and staff are close to production and practical activities. We are a classical university. We have specialists in almost all fields of science. Therefore, this cooperation can be very diverse,” said Anatolii Tsos.
Dean of the Faculty of Geography Yurii Barskyi spoke about the scientific potential of the faculty and the opportunities to involve students of specialty 193 “Geodesy and Land Management” in joint practical activities.
The parties agreed to organize joint events, promote cooperation in practical, applied, scientific, and educational projects. The university and the municipal enterprise will cooperate in discussing the quality of educational and professional programs, and students will have the opportunity to undertake internships at the enterprise.
