Excursion: Collaboration with Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University

On September 20, 2024, the visit to the Amber Plant in Prylisne, Kamian-Kashyrskyi District, became a notable occasion for participants of an excursion organized in collaboration with Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University. With the support of Director Anatolii Kapustiuk, visitors had the opportunity to see exclusive amber specimens firsthand.

Enterprise employees provided a detailed explanation of all stages of the technological process, from preparation to the sorting of amber by fractions. Particular interest was sparked by the opportunity to view samples of Volyn amber and products made from it, which impressed everyone with their beauty and uniqueness.

Volodymyr Radzii, Head of the Department of Ecology and Protection of Environment, shared insights on the technologies used for raw amber extraction and emphasized the importance of assessing the environmental impact of such activities. The excursion not only provided a visual understanding of the process but also highlighted the uniqueness of Volyn’s natural resources.
